Individual Yoga Instruction
Yoga fosters the connection between body, mind and spirit. Through coordinating yoga poses and breathing, we can relax the body and still the mind, allowing us to connect with our inner wisdom. During an individual yoga session, Maureen will work with you with a customized sequence of yoga poses based on your personal needs and goals.
